between

I didn't want to put him between a rock and a hard place, but I really don't know what to do?! Worst thing is to keep quiet and let silence speak for you ... you won't really know what you have communicated ... and so I spent half of Sunday dwelling on it ...

as a matter of fact silence is the most sophisticated natural response to many circumstances; however one said: "Say it before it's too late", so why not say it? You might as well.

I'm personally vulnerable in various environments and quite often am hesitant in saying "no"; contrary to the others that show quite a bit of generosity when it comes to saying no.

I personally beleive that Iranian women should speak up before it is too late, and speak their minds and not be afraid of their emotions. Well. the gambler can never gain without the risk of losing in the game of love. Don't you agree?

Dear a.m.,
Many people (including myself for instance) have a more strong feeling about the double-edged sword controversy; I deeply feel the chaos and sophistication here. I am very resentful about Iranian guys undermining the Iranian women's endeavour in freedom of speech. Many men (as the author said there are always counter-examples) have a tendency to categorically and deliberately or unconciously underclassify the vitality of expressing your inner soul and call women over-sentimental. As the author of the weblog also said the worst thing was letting the silence speak for you given such a situation.

i don't know, may be i am among a small group, but i beleive you should lay out whatever is to be known. however, i don't see it as gambling. there are rules in communications and relationships; and as long as you figure them and play by them, you'll know whats coming up ... well most of the time you'll have an idea ... there is always a degree of uncertainty associated with outcome of human relationships ...
